Entry Permit

All tourists to Lakshadweep requires entry permit to visit Lakshadweep.  We shall arrange and to obtain the same you will have to forward name, age & place of birth of person/s to us as soon as you confirm the bookings. 

(For foreign nationals forward name, age & place of birth of person/s and  passport No. & expiry of passport - or a copy of passport - has to be provided along with above details)

Off Season: 50% payment can be send in advance & the rest can be paid when you reach at Cochin or before trip.

High/Peak Season: 50% payment can be send in advance & the rest can be paid 30 days before trip.

Airline/Ship Booking:
This can be confirmed by 100% advance.

RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

50% payment to be paid in advance & the rest 30 days before trip. 
Reservation at peak season, will be confirmed only on full pre payment.

Full refund for cancellation received 30 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellation received 15 – 7 days in advance. No refund for cancellation received less than 7 days.

FOR TRAVEL AGENTS (FIT/GIT)

FIT
The Travel Agent Voucher/Payment must be received 30 days prior for FIT reservation, failing which reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation of a reservation between 30 days to 08 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation by the resort(s).

Cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.

GIT
For group reservations, a deposit or a Credit Card guarantee of USD 500/- per hotel is required 90 days prior to arrival. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

For group reservations within 90-60 days of the arrival date, a deposit of USD 500/- per hotel is required within 14 days of making the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

For group reservations within 60 days of the arrival date, a deposit of USD 500/- per hotel is required while making the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Travel Agent can make a 20% reduction in the number of room’s 60 days or more prior to the arrival date. A further reduction in the number of rooms by 10% is permissible between 60 days and 30 days of the group’s arrival date.

Any reduction in the number of rooms within 30 days to 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

Any reduction in rooms within 14 days of arrival will incur a retention charge for entire length of stay per hotel.

The Travel Agent Voucher and rooming list must be received by the hotel(s) at least 30 days prior to the group’s arrival date. If the voucher is not received, the room will be cancelled and retention will apply as stated above.
