Entry Permit:
All tourists require an entry permit to get in the island which will
be arranged by us and the following details is needed at the time of
booking.
Foreigners:
Name / Nationality / Address/
Date of Birth /Place of Birth/ Passport Number (Foreigners have to
submit copy of passport), Work Permit copy (If he/she having a work
permit for India) and Meal Preference in case of traveling by ship.
Indians: Name / Address / Date of Birth / Place of birth / Meal Preference.
Reservation :
Reservation will be confirmed only on receipt of full prepayment.
Rates & Schedules
The US$ rate is applicable for foreign nationals and non
resident Indians.
The INR rate is for all Indian residents and those foreigners having a work permit for India.
All statutory taxes/levies shall be payable as applicable.
Children below 5 years will be accommodated on complimentary basis without extra bed.
Children between 5-12 years with one extra bed subject to a maximum of two children as per supplement given
in details.
Children above 12 years with one extra bed subject to a maximum of one person as per supplement given
in details.
(INR equivalent at Composite Bank Buying Rate prevailing on date of
check in or date of pre-payment to the extent of such payment, will
be accepted, from Travel Agent for payment on account of services
rendered to foreign tourist).
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT : BANGARAM ISLAND, Lakshadweep: 12 Noon.
Christmas Eve Supplement : Rs. 2250/- (US$ 50) per person.
New Year Eve Supplement : Rs. 3375/- (US$ 75) per person.

Resort Booking:
Off Season: 50% payment can be send in advance & the rest can be
paid when you reach at Cochin or before trip.
High/Peak Season: 50% payment can be send in advance & the rest can
be paid 30 days before trip.
Airline Booking:
This can be confirmed by 100% advance.
Indian Airlines operates its flight to Agatti Island 4 Days in a
Week (Flight Schedule: Mon; Tue; Thu and Sat. only). The flight from
Cochin International Airport to Agatti takes approximately one hour
thirty minutes.
Payments:
Payment can be Bank Transfer (ICICI BANK A/C. Name: MINTVALLEY

Number along with Expiry Date and CVG Number (3 or 4 digits) near
the signature panel. Please note: All card transaction will attract
an additional 2.5% of the total amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund for cancellation received 30 days in advance. 50% refund
for cancellation received 15 – 7 days in advance. No refund for
cancellation received less than 7 days.

FOR TRAVEL AGENTS (FIT/GIT)
FIT
The Travel Agent Voucher/Payment must be received 30 days prior for
FIT reservation, failing which reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation of a reservation between 30 days to 08 days of the
arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one
night’s accommodation by the resort(s).
Cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival will
incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.
GIT
For group reservations, a deposit or a Credit Card guarantee of USD
500/- per hotel is required 90 days prior to arrival. This deposit
is non-refundable and non-transferable.
For group reservations within 90-60 days of the arrival date, a
deposit of USD 500/- per hotel is required within 14 days of making
the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and
non-transferable.
For group reservations within 60 days of the arrival date, a deposit
of USD 500/- per hotel is required while making the reservation.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Travel Agent can make a 20% reduction in the number of room’s 60
days or more prior to the arrival date. A further reduction in the
number of rooms by 10% is permissible between 60 days and 30 days of
the group’s arrival date.
Any reduction in the number of rooms within 30 days to 15 days of
the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one
night’s accommodation.
Any reduction in rooms within 14 days of arrival will incur a
retention charge for entire length of stay per hotel.
The Travel Agent Voucher and rooming list must be received by the
hotel(s) at least 30 days prior to the group’s arrival date. If the
voucher is not received, the room will be cancelled and retention
will apply as stated above.
Water Sports
Booking for Water Sports will be taken due to weather condition.
All the Water Sports activities are at their own risk and the
organizers will not be responsible in any manner.
Medical Facilities
A medical center with qualified medical personnel
functions at Agatti. (8 Kms. from Bangaram Island). In the event of
a medical emergency, evacuation by helicopter is possible.
It is advisable to carry your basic medication that you may require, as this will not be available on the island.
Air Travelers
The
Agatti Island is well connected with the mainland. Indian
Airlines operates its flight to Agatti Island 4 Days in a Week

Cochin International Airport to Agatti takes approximately one hour

Maximum baggage allowance is 10 Kgs. Try not to pack more baggage than you can

* Dumping trash at sea is
illegal
* Plastic bags and other debris can injure or kill marine
animals.
Picking coral or shells is
strictly prohibited.
There is prohibition on all islands except Bangaram
Carry narcotics or drugs a punishable offence.
Go out of your island lagoon without a proper escort can be risky.
The coconuts trees are privately owned and unauthorized plucking is a theft.
