You will be able to access material on most areas of the Site without going through the registration process. Certain area of the Site such as 'eCommerce Counter' (under development) is only open to you if you are a registered user.

We will not list any sites which contain or link to sites with pornographic material or sites which directly relate to alcohol, tobacco, firearms or sites encouraging illegal activities or racism. INDIANISLANDS.COM reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing from our site.

The use irrevocably agrees that these courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of these courts.
